**Alert!**Game changer for word-user brains
Game changer for word-user brains?
What am I talking about?
Talking about quotes.
Yup, quotes.
All over the world, word-users are banging on about stories, only because stories endlessly repeated sell, sell, and sell again — provided they’re endlessly repeated.
But no-one bangs on that in stories you cannot tell the difference between a lie and what genuinely happened.
Lie? True?
Children and adults alike have changed their views on the above white male as time went on. And so it is with any and all lies and truths wrapped up in stories. It’s difficult to tell bull, lies, and truths apart in stories.
That’s why I’m here to bring you the good news:
QUOTES ARE A GAME CHANGER FOR THE BRAIN!
Because in the land of quotes, everything is different.
- You can tell lies from the truths.
- Children and adults alike can do it.
- Quotes are remembered.
You read my posts because you demand proof. Well, check out these few examples below:
“Honesty is a very expensive gift. DON’T EXPECT it from cheap people.”
“Honesty is a very expensive gift. EXPECT it from cheap people.”
“Focus all your energy NOT ON fighting the old, but ON building the new.”
“Focus all your energy ON fighting the old, but NOT ON building the new.”
“Nothing is more terrible than IGNORANCE in action.”
“Nothing is more terrible than KNOWLEDGE in action.”
“Strange times, when old and young are taught FALSEHOODS in school.”
“Strange times, when old and young are told WHAT GENUINELY HAPPENED in school.”
“Nothing is quite so USELESS as doing with great efficiency what should not be done at all.”
“Nothing is quite so USEFUL as doing with great efficiency what should not be done at all.”
“Until the lioness tells her tale, the story will ALWAYS glorify the hunter.”
“Until the lioness tells her tale, the story will NEVER glorify the hunter.”
“The only source of knowledge is EXPERIENCE.”
“The only source of knowledge is HEARSAY.”
Stories
“It doesn’t matter whether a story genuinely happened or not. The main thing is that it’s true.” – Erich Kästner
Stories are effective in getting anything at all across, bullpoop, lies or truths. If it’s in a story, it makes no difference. The world’s oldest storytellers, the religionists, have told lies wrapped up in stories with undisputed success for thousands of years with no end in sight.
Quotes
Quotes have only two things going for them:
- It’s dead-easy to tell truths from lies in quotes. Children and adults can do it.
- Quotes are remembered when stories are forgotten.
Because the list ends at 2, it tends to get overlooked that quotes are a game changer for the word-user brain.
Remember it next time you get tired of stories.
