The nitrogen in your DNA, the calcium in your teeth, and the iron in your blood, to name a few, were made in the interiors of collapsing stars.
Yup, like Earth’s first animal that spoke (words) — your ancestor — you are stardust.
And like the sun, the universe, and our ancestor, you are 100% energy.
To complete you ARE, you ARE also 100% cells, 70% water, and 30% fire-air-earth.
Don’t worry if the math doesn’t add up. It will in the end.
You can lose what you have, but you cannot lose what you are.
